CSI No 266

Hi, here is my LO where I followed the Classic way for CSI No 266 (see link).

I have used a lot of emballishments from the price I got from "Mystical Scrapbooks".

And here is the inspiration board:

As you see I have lighter colors but  it's similar.

Evidence: Stars, Hearts, Birds, Frames, Clock, Puffy stickers, something unexpected

Testimony: Journaling about what I do everyday + Journaling in a frame

Closer views:

Unexpected robot, but you can see a Clock in it and it can represent my son that really likes to play computer games. 

I have put the frames in different levels or dimensions with small 3d-pads.

In the journaling in the frames I just talked about what I do every day from morning to evening, and then I put photos that fit in to the journaling.

"Breakfast, walk the dog, taking the bike to job, bike back home to walk the dog, egg-lunch, job, afternoon coffee, dinner to whole family, practice car driving with son, chill, walk the dog with my husband late in the evening"

CSI challenge No 231

Hi, a new case that was not so easy because it was colors I don't use so often, but I managed to use them all and feel satisfied with the result.

Here is my LO:

and here is the CSI-challenge (you can also see the link): 

And here is how I solved it:

I used all the colors in the scheme and followed the sketch.

Then from the evidence I used:

White background, animals (see photo if that counts?), eyeglasses, speech bubbles, punctuation marks, starburst, stars, hearts, puffy stickers, stripes

The testimony: I wrote journals in speech bubbles, and I also wrote about my super power, in the journaling I also used the word: super and awesome.

So some closer views:

I used the punctuation marks " around the journaling, and then you can find other punctuation marks around the page (see the question mark below).

Last year (half the year) I answered 365 questions every day (see above), and here is the one for 30/5 that this LO is about. (You can see the question below:)

Then I wrote about every hobby in speech bubbles around the collage with photos, it's scrap booking, flute, dog and flowers:

Some puffy stickers : hearts and a red speech bubble is added also.

Here you can see the stars (both decorations and on the red paper) and the blue sticky puffer hearts plus the lovely transparant paper with red hearts - love this paper!

CSI 229

Hi, I really love to do the CSI-challenge, it's really a lot of dimensions to think about and here is case no 229 (see link). Below is my LO, that is from a celebration of my sister's daughters very last school day: her eximination. In Sweden we call it "celebration of becoming a student":

Below is the case:

I followed the  sketch and the colors, the very light blue can be found on the small squared paper with student hats on (right lower corner).

The evidences that I followed: 

Plain cardstock, fruit (pineapple, and this is also found on the photo around the student's neck), sun (on one of the capsules), banners, transport (bus), flowers, arrows, something loopy, word/phrase stickers

Testimony: 

Repetition and documentation of summer. 

Here is the translation of the I repetition:  

To become a student is summer

To become a student is freedom

To become a student is gathering with family and friends

To become a student is flowers and gifts

To become a student is transportation on a truck flatbed

To become a student is euphoria

Then I have a tag hidden with a long documentation of this day the 3 June 2016.

CSI No 227

Hi again, 
so happy to join the CSI again (see link), there are many things to think about when joining the challenge but that makes it sometimes easier to create. Today I am happy to use old embellishments I found at home, for example the big flowers in felt (is that the right English word?).

Here is the case for April:

And here is my LO I created:

I followed the color scheme and the sketch.

As evidence I used:

Floral pattern, something fuzzy=felt or fabric, animals, flowers, wood, frames

As testimony I used:

Documentation about pets. Actually I have also used the word "hunger" in the journaling, that is typical for my dog. 

Here are some closer looks on the evidences and testimony:

The title says: "My life with dog"

Inspired from a movie title: "My life as dog"

The journaling is about my pet and here is the translations to English: 

The best thing about having a dog is the joy and love that come with it. Moreover, we also get closer together in the family and laugh often. I was not really excited to get a dog from the beginning, but now I'm the one that most spend time together with our loved Billy. Sometimes I take care of Joe's dogs Q-tip and Mimi and it was these dogs who inspired me to acquire a puppy in 2012. Billy is kind, patient, playful, like to swim, hungry, happy and need the social contact with us. He dislikes bangs and cartons (!), But he likes us and we like him.

CSI No 225

Hi, this case (see link to CSI 225) was really something I wanted to create from, as I had the perfect picture of my husband from 1987. Here is the case:

And here is my LO:

I followed the colors and sketch. 

The Evidence :

Stripes, stars, clouds, washi tape, things that fly, eye glasses, circles, triangle.

The testimony: 

Inspiration words "fly", "impossible", "dream" - all words in my journaling.

I really like the small transparanted flags. I also wrote on a transparant paper the place where this happened: "Ljungbyhed" and the date is 1987 (small numbers that I cut from a bigger cardstock). 

My translated journaling about fly, impossible and dream:

The DREAM to FLY was not IMPOSSIBLE

To be accepted for fighter pilot training among 2000 candidates seemed impossible, but Patrik and 19 others were admitted in Ljungbyheds flight school in 1987. He wanted to try the test because it was the last chance, otherwise he would regret it - it was still an old boyhood dream that now came true.

Veckans Skiss #144

Hej måndag!

Så var det dags för en mycket lämplig och fin skiss från Veckans Skiss, med tanke på alla mina foton jag sätter in i mitt PL-album. Perfekt att blanda upp med en "PL-LO" som jag kallar det!
Och så här blev min tolkning:

Utifrån denna skiss från "Veckans Skiss":

Jag tog upp det jag verkligen gillar, och på fotot är min DT-bild för Project Life i Norge som jag nu varit med i precis 1 år. Det fotot får vara centrum för hela denna LO.

Här är lite närbilder också: 

Jag har stänkt på med lite färg, och förstärkt med några överblivna enamel dots.

Sen har jag använt massor av overlay-dekor (som jag älskar) och valde not-stämpeln på transparant papper (representerar musiken i mitt liv).

Dekorationerna:  "Love this", "Hjärtat", "family", "gräset" har jag klippt ut från ett helt overlay-ark från Amy Tangerine, som jag köpte av Cili-in-Paper.

Orientering och andra roliga aktiviteter som berikar mitt liv, har jag skrivit på maskin på transparant papper.

Dagens LO gick snabbt och på känsla!

Veckans Skiss #136

Dags för veckans skiss nr 136# (se länk), och jag fortsätter med mitt oktober-mini-album som nu börjar närma sig "klart". Här är den fina skissen:

Och så här tolkade jag den, då vi skulle fotografera gula saker under dagen:

Eftersom det handlade om gul färg, så tyckte jag en gul färg-splash passade extra bra lite här och där. 

Annars har jag gjort sidan mycket CAS. Overlays är något som jag gillar, och det här trädet har jag köpt i ett litet paket fullt med små lösa overlays/bilder.

Bloggar i PL i Norge - stämpel och skiss

Jag gillar verkligen att följa skisser - det  kan vara en hjälp att komma igång med en sida, om man kört fast. Jag gjorde en skiss till DT-teamet i PL i Norge som såg ut så här. 

Vi skulle alla följa skissen och använda stämplar från ett stämpelkit, och sen kommer det här stämpelkitet lottas ut just idag till någon av alla de som varit inne på våra inlägg och kommenterat:

Så här blev sidan, där jag följt skissen nästan helt och hållet förutom att jag vänt lite på vissa titlar och dekorationer:

Jag hittade en overlay med en orange cykel som passade så bra ihop med cykel-stämpeln. Jag har gjort overlayen helt löst och tejpat fast den så här (så bilden ovan ljuger lite, eftersom jag inte tejpat fast overlayen ännu på den). Visste inte om jag tejpade på rätt sätt egentligen, man skulle nog kunnat vikt den under också:

Jag tycker det är så spännande när man ser igenom sidorna på det här sättet (sidan under cykeln, är från ett tidigare blogginlägg för septemperutfordringen som också har en orange cirkel på en overlay). 

Veckans Skiss Sommarutmaning #1

Självklart ville jag också hoppa på sommarutmaning nr 1 för Veckans Skiss, och den har jag klurat länge på. Eftersom musiken upptagit större delen av hela mitt liv passade det så jättebra att göra en LO av den skiss som innehöll notrader bland annat, och eftersom vi skulle inspireras av en egen vald sommarsång så ville jag välja foton där vi i familjen spelar tillsammans i sommarstugan. Efter mycket letande i mina gamla album hittade jag ett par foton.

Skissen ser ut så här, och den sång jag förknippar mest med sommaren är "Den blomstertid nu kommer...". 

Alla minnen som dyker upp när jag hör sången, har jag dokumenterat ned, så därför blev det mycket text på denna LO. 

Skissen har jag tolkat så här:  

Jag placerade notraden (tejp) längst ned. De stora not-symbolerna på skissen har blivit stora blommor och en härligt gul rosett som jag vann från Veckans skiss. 

Chevron-pilarna har jag använt sparsamt men valde de jag har i trä (jag associerar trä med vår stuga).

Här är själva sången: Den blomstertid nu kommer, psalm 199. Den har jag spelat många gånger när jag vikarierat som kantor. 

(Fast den som kan läsa noter ser att det inte är rätt noter på min not-stämpel för själva sången).

Rolig och riktigt klurig utmaning, som tog en månad för mig att tänka ut!
