CSI No 265

Hi, I loved the colors and inspiration from CSI no 265 so I started during this weekend to create a LO by using a lot of stuff I had waiting for me.
Here is the result:

I followed the traditional way of CSI and had:

All colors.

These evidence:
Checker pattern (I think), Frames, Flower, Animal, Label, Puffy Stickers, Something shiny, gold

This testimony: Write a 6-word memoir (for the first time) and frame the journaling

CSI challenge No. 245

Hi again, a new CSI challenge to try (see link). And first I started the very new freestyle version that CSI have started with, so I followed the colors and brought up some details as the houses.
But after a while I included some "evidences" from the traditional case, as I think it helps my fantasy a lot.

Here is my LO that will be in my 6X8 tum travel album:

Here is the picture to inspirate from CSI, and I picked the light blue, black, yellow but I chosed to use gold instead, white. Then I picked up details as houses, flags, trees (photo), city, sky:

Here are some evidences I used in my LO, as an extra bonus outside the "freestyle"
Woodgrain, polka dots, banners stars, houses.

I have embossed the chip board houses. You can see some stars and wood embellishments above. And below you can see banners, and more wood

CSI No. 236

Hi, 
Time for a new case at CSI (see link).  
I really wanted to document an adventure from last year in Austria.

Here is the LO:

And I followed this case: 

I used the scheme (colors).

I used the evidence: stripes, polka dots, banner, wet medium, bird, animal, twine, buttons, gold.

I used 2 testimony: 

"document an adventure" and  

"hang your journaling from string"

Here are some closer views how I solved this case:

Here you can see that I hanged journaling and banner from a string. You can see my bird (a hen that was walking around at the tables when we had lunch), and buttons.

I like this funny clothespin. 

I had a lot of journaling as you can see.

On the bigger journaling I have documented about the tough trip up to the mountain in Austria. On the smaller tags that was hanging from the string I documented about why we went to Austria (my fathers 75-years birthday), and who I travelled with, when, and where. 

And in the envelope I hided a map of the mountain and on the tag I pasted some other places that we visited during this journey.

CSI no 234

I love summer, and in this LO I present a summer "getaway" called Oringen, that is a 5 days orienteering competition for the whole family. The CSI challenge for July was perfect, see the presentation on the link. 

My LO:

I used the colors. 
I used this evidence: Checker pattern, trees, flowers, transportation, animals, something transparent, dashed lines, triangles, plus signs

Here are some closer views on the details:

More animals and you can see my "competitor number" that I used on my clothes all 5 days.

In the bottom of the LO I had papers with plus signs (in gold) and ta turquoise paper with triangles.

A tree and a piece of the map I was using on the competition. The squares you see with orange and white triangles is the "controls" you search for in the nature at orienteering. (see photo below):

Here is also a pocket with checker pattern and in the pocket I put my competition results, and the 4 best experiences from the week on a list (one of the testimony things).

I used three points from the testimony list:  
1. Write in the form of a list (see the picture with the list of 4 facts above), 
2. Then I used the testimony: Document a summer getaway, 
3. And finally in this journaling I used both the words "go" and "nature".

Here is the translation of my getaway journaling:

"Summer getaway - Oringen (Oringen=name of the competition)
A typical summer getaway is the 5-days orienteering every summer - last week in July. To go or run in the nature and at the same time use the brain to focus finding right way on the map, so you don't go too much "getaway" and get lost. A better relax you cannot get and at the same time it's for every ages. The whole family from sister Ylva participated and we shared a house with some youths. After a day orienteering we took the bike home, we washed shoes, hanged around, took a tour somewhere, shopped food,  went through the track on the map with the other. Lunch was something you had at the competition arena. I rent a bike from a private person found on Face book (sell page), maybe it was a little bit too small so it was hard to go up hills. On the evening we had owned cooked dinner in the families it will say, Ylva, myself , Ida and Lukas and then the youths went away (they were 8 in our cottage) so we adults stayed at home and relaxed. Competition day 1 and 2 was in the Swedish mountains - magic! The weather varied between sun to rain and even snow, but why bother when you have so fun and are in such a beautiful nature? This is life!!"

Veckans Skiss #135

Jag fortsatte med mitt mini-oktoberalbum ikväll, och ville följa Veckans Skiss (se länk), som är så fin och ser ut så här:

Min tolkning idag blev en riktig "out of my box" när det gäller färger, 

men ibland måste man våga prova.

Project Life Sweden hade gett oss uppdrag under "30 dagar i oktober" att den 22 okt fota det vackraste vi såg under dagen och det blev denna krasse-blomma i vår trädgård.

PL Norge utfordring januari

PL Norge September

Så passade jag på att haka på utfodringen som Project Life Norge hade för september (se länk). Man skulle inspireras av denna bild: 

Här är min tolkning av vecka 25. Jag har inspirerats av färgerna, textens innehåll om det positiva i livet samt blomman/växter.

PL Norge utfordring feb

Hej, Procect Life Norge har ännu en rolig utmaning för februari som du hittar här: utfordring feb PL Norge.

Man skulle välja tema, följa färgerna och sen välja minst 3 element från en lista (se ovan).

Tema är: kallt (den första kalla veckan i december) då äntligen snön kom!!.
Färger: Huvudfärg: Vitt/beige/guld och accentfärg: turkos (för att plocka upp färg från nedre fotot)
Elementer: Bånd (spets), Hjerter, Bling, Stjerner (foto) och dekoration, snökristall (journaling som symbol när snön kom till oss).

och här är en närbild på mina egentillverkade hjärtan i gammal jute-väv, som jag fått från min mamma. Jag har lagt till lite trassel också.
